You might not have heard about it, but it quite turns out that Amazon has already released the newest version on their popular line of e-readers, Kindle. In fact, some people are saying it makes reading such a nice thing that it barely feels like reading anymore! Isn’t that great, when technology makes our lives easier? ;-D

  • Steaming hot: sauna endurance championships!

Granted, we’re all major fans of technology here… but every once in a while a guy (or girl) must know how to relax and take a break, do something different. Diversity is the key to a happy and fulfilled life! Engaging diverse activities such as – say, relaxing in the sauna can work wonders to preserve our health and well-being. But what happens when people engage endurance competitions to see who can withstand the most time in a blazing hot sauna? Is that still a good thing? Those people are a little geeky, if you ask me – although obviously I respect their thing. Myself, I prefer taking it much easier and just relaxing in the sauna!

If you’re a big fan of Computer Generated animation, then today I have something specially for you! This little 3D animated film portrays the unexpected meeting between a young peruvian boy (and his own personal lama) and an airmail pilot. It’s a charming little story portraying the clash of contrasting worlds, and the animation work is quite beautiful, as well! Just stop reading my nonsense talk and press play to watch the real thing.

  • If laptop shoppers were a little bit more honest…

What you do in the privacy of your own home? Why, that’s none of my business, of course. But let’s face it, do you really think there’s anyone who doesn’t ocasionally bring along his laptop in certain dirty pleasures? Is there anyone who doesn’t enjoy watching a little pornography now and then? In all truth, if there’s one such person that must definitely be me! Now, the guy in the following video… that’s a whole new brand of honesty, he is:

  • MacBook Wheel: One click, many possibilities!

The funniest thing about the following parody (courtesy from those fine newspeople over at the Onion) is not the joke itself – even though it was flawlessly executed. In my opinion, the funniest thing about this parody is that many people seem to have really bought into it! I mean, how gullible can people get? A laptop with no keyboard? Typing using a clickwheel? 19 minutes worth of battery? That’s really not realistic at all… nor much innovative, anyway! Oh, well… this is still pretty good for laughs, so I won’t ruin your fun… just watch!

  • Barrack Obama, computer expert?

Okay so unless you’ve just woken up from a year-long coma, you probably have realized that Barack Obama is the new president of the USA, and a force to be reckoned with as far as politics go, but… maybe you didn’t know that he’s actually a computer wizard! Honest, just watch the following video and you’ll get my meaning; well isn’t it nice to have a presidend who isn’t retarded, for a change! Kind of feels as though the country as woken up from a eight-year long coma.

  • Bond without gadgets? The world is getting lost!

For better and worse, technology is now part of our daily life. This is as much true for nerds as for jocks, for ordinary people as well as remarkable people. So when it comes to a James Bond movie, we’ve grown accustomed to being treated with a good deal of technological gadets. I mean, what kind of secret agent can go by without a laser beam watch or a GPS cuff button? Not any serious kind of secret agent, I say!

To make a long story short, This is why many people have been extremely annoyed with the lack of tech in the latest Bond movie. In fact, I’ve just come across this video where they put it best, when expressing their discontent about such a ludicrous decision. Some things really go so well together that we cannot imagine it any other way… and Bond without gadgets is just not the same thing, right?
