If you’re a big fan of Computer Generated animation, then today I have something specially for you! This little 3D animated film portrays the unexpected meeting between a young peruvian boy (and his own personal lama) and an airmail pilot. It’s a charming little story portraying the clash of contrasting worlds, and the animation work is quite beautiful, as well! Just stop reading my nonsense talk and press play to watch the real thing.

Sometimes it’s good to take a break and think about life; in my opinion, that’s a good way of getting perspective. For example, have you ever paused to consider that just barely 10 years ago, there was almost no signs of Internet anywhere? In just a decade the Internet has absolutely pervaded our lives (which is generally a good thing), so I cannot help but wondering… how will everything be in another decade? Will things keep changing so drastically, or will a resting point be reached eventually? Well, according to the following video presentation, it looks as though the real change is yet to come!

Nowadays, there’s hardly anyone who hasn’t used Google at least once. In fact, the term “google” is already acepted universally as a verb, and that – in my opinion, at least – speaks volumes about its influence and versatilty. Well, even though most people already get googling when it’s time to research something on the good old internets, there are still many people who barely realize what can be achieved by using some advanced search queries. If you don’t quite know whant I’m talking about, then keep your eyes peeled, because you’re about to learn a couple new tricks:

But let’s face it, do you really think there’s anyone who doesn’t ocasionally bring along his laptop in certain dirty pleasures? But there’s obviously more to life than machines, and even though I do love machines, I cannot help but thinking that some people seem to love them… well, just totally in the wrong way. If you’re a fan of modelism and timelapse videos, today I’ve got just the perfect thing for you. I just found this video on youtube, and I was readily impressed with its elegance and style. That must have taken a lot of hard work and patience, but the result is positively mind-blowing. I won’t even wast must time commenting, because I think it’s one of those things that’s best watched first and discussed afterwards. If you’re a fan of the blockbuster movie Iron Man and you always find yourself wishing you had an armored exoskeleton while watching that movie… well, maybe there’s no longer need to get real. Apparently, the military already has technology that allows to make such armored suits, and who knows? Maybe a few years from now, this is how wars will get fought. I’m just not really sure that’s a good or bad thing.

Well, the Internet may be a relatively new thing, that’s granted. But the human ability to dream and imagine? That’s ancient, thanks goodness. If you’ve ever wondered if anyone tried to imagine something resembling what we now know as Intrenet, it probably didn’t take a stretch of the imagination to realize how such predictions would likely be ludriculously funny!
